Lisa Polakoff-Rubin is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over fifteen years of experience in the field of probate, guardianship and elder law. Lisa graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jewish Studies and Anthropology and earned an AA degree in Paralegal Studies from Palm Beach State College in 2005.

Lisa leads a local Girl Scout troop and enjoys taking Shaolin Kempo Karate in her spare time. She currently lives in Boynton Beach with her husband, Jeffrey Rubin, a partner with the law firm of Conroy Simberg, their two children, and rescue dog, Roxie Rey.
